Description

✓ It is a real privilege and honour because in this video "Pav Bhaji Master Chef" Vijay Bhai reveals his "secret" recipe for making for how to make the most delicious and perfect Pav Bhaji.

MEDIUM SPICED BASIC GRAVY RECIPE INGREDIENTS REQUIRED (you can adjust according to your taste):
* Oil.
* Chopped Red Onion.
* Boiled Green Peas.
* Boiled and grated Potato.
* Salt.
* Pav Bhaji Masala.
* Red Chilli Powder.
* Ginger and Garlic paste.
* Tumeric Water.

TARKA RECIPE (TEMPERED OIL) INGREDIENTS :
* Oil or Butter.
* Chopped Red Onion.
* Ginger and Garlic paste.
* Tumeric Water.
* Red Chilli Powder.
* Pav Bhaji Masala.
* Green Coriader for Garnish.

Additionally in the video you'll see a Pav Bhaji being prepared with extra garlic, the chef explains that this extra garlic will give a subtle sweetness to the finished dish.
A Pav (bun) is heated on the hot griddled with butter and once it's heated and slightly toasted it's then served up with the Bhaji.

Here there's no secret to the recipe & preparation because they make everything in full view of you; while you wait; just the same as you would expect at an Indian Street food vendor at his cart (or "Lari") somewhere like Lunsiqui in Navsari or even Chowpatty or Juhu Beach in Mumbai (Bombay) in India.

This is a "pure vegetarian" restaurant serving up what we feel is delicious restaurant quality fast food; but at affordable street food prices!!!

Whilst in India and attending a relative's wedding in Kadod Village we were in fact very close by to Vijay Bhai's wonderful stall. They specialise in serving up India's most favourite of Street Foods namely Pav Bhaji.

As we were attending the wedding it would not be right if we ate something from a lari, but just because we didn't get anything from this stall it did not stop us recording them in action, in fact we felt duty bound to do so.

The shop is located on Madhi Road in Kadod Village, Gujarat, 394335, India.

A very special thank you to Chef Vijay and Ashish Bhai and all their colleagues who warmly welcomed us and were very hospitable and graciously allowed us a privileged glimpse into their street kitchen to do the videoing.
